The Tri-Cities are home to so many international cuisines, which is why we decided to cover some of our favourites in town in today’s newsletter.

What are some of your favourite international dishes? Where do you usually go to satisfy your cravings for these foods? Let us know!

Vietnamese and Korean cuisine have been my recent favourites. A good pho and hot stone bibimbap on cold winter days hit the spot. How about banh mi and kimbap for upcoming summer days? Is anyone else a fan?
