Saint St. Grill unveils chef's table and new tasting menu

Hot on the heels of their ownership change, now under owner and executive chef Juraj Dado, Port Moody’s Saint St. Grill has introduced a new Chef’s Table with an 8-course tasting menu.

The tasting menu costs $155 per person, with wine pairings available for $85 per person. A minimum of 4 people is needed, and maximum of 6 people.

Here’s a look at the Saint St. Grill Chef’s Table Tasting Menu:

Smoked Duck

Hokaido Scallop

Beef Tartar

Wild Shrimp

Fennel & Citrus Salad

Chateaubriand

Black Cherry Sorbet

“I was fortunate to have had the opportunity to test drive this tasting menu,” one diner posted on social media. “There were so many stunners during the evening, but for me, the highlight was when Chef Juraj sliced up and plated the chateaubriand at the table. What an amazing night it was!”
