Saint St. Grill has a new owner! After a few years as executive chef, Juraj Dado has taken over as the Port Moody restaurant’s new owner.

Dado got his training in Europe before becoming the head chef at Bishop’s, a Vancouver institution that closed down in January 2022 after more than 30 years in business.

Former owner Ross Edwards first opened SSG in 1998 and ran the restaurant for more than 25 years, turning it into one of the best restaurants in the community.
