The old IGA at 221 Ioco Road in Port Moody closed down a couple months ago, and we finally know whatā€™s replacing it!

Georgia Main (the company behind IGA and Fresh St. Market) unveiled their first Asian supermarket, Meiga, will open up early next year.

Coming soon: Thereā€™s a new Korean Chinese spot (Manrijangseon) opening in the old Kam Ding location.

Help feed families: Staff at Float30 are donating their time and proceeds from a limited menu being offered on Dec 30 to the SHARE food bank.

Closing time: Squish Juicery is closing its original shop in Poco, tomorrow being their last day. They recently opened a location inside Coquitlam Centre.

ICYMI: The Coquitlam Cineplex now has an IMAX theatre room. The only other theatres in Metro Van to have it are in Richmond and Langley.
