The Wild Fig makes for a fantastic meal

Now this is what it feels like to dine in luxury.

…Without breaking the bank, that is.

The Wild Fig Restaurant + Bar is the perfect spot if you’re looking for something a little more fancy, but without the inflated price tag that usually comes along with such experiences.

Its wide open space, huge comfy chairs, white tablecloths, and gigantic windows create an alluring aesthetic for even the pickiest of diners—and let’s not forget just how good any food photos look as a result of all that natural lighting!

We popped by the Executive Plaza Hotel restaurant last week and ordered the Wild Fig Burger, which comes complete with an Alberta prime rib patty, melted cheese, fig relish, tomato, lettuce, onion, and coleslaw.

Throw in a side of well-seasoned fries and suddenly we’ve found ourselves a new go-to spot.

The Wild Fig often offers live music to accompany their wide array of dishes, Sunday brunches, a two- or three-course feature menu on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and daily happy hour deals.
