Thai Coco arrives in Poco with over 20 years tenure in Thai cuisine
This place JUST opened!
PoCo, meet Thai Coco.
The newly opened Thai restaurant is a must-visit for anyone hoping to find their favourite pad Thai dish in the area, because Thai Coco’s is a definite contender for that crown.
Restaurant owner Jenny Lertvisudth reached out to Eat Tri-Cities about what led to the opening of the new spot.
“I am originally from Thailand but moved to Canada after pursuing my business education,” she shared with Eat Tri-Cities.
“My sister Jessie and I opened the Pad Thai Restaurant in Pitt Meadows in 1999, and now, after more than 20 years in business, Thai Coco is my second restaurant venture.”
We were at Thai Coco earlier this week to try out the chicken red curry, chicken pad Thai, and pumpkin coconut custard dessert—all of which we could not recommend more highly.
Lertvisudth spoke to the inspiration for Thai Coco’s menu.
“Our menu focuses on our family recipes and fresh, authentic Thai flavours. Some of our favourite dishes include pad Thai, chicken drunken noodle. We have a bright, beautiful space... and can’t wait to welcome new and old faces.”
