That Place is the place for Italian cuisine in the Tri-Cities

If you’re looking for Italian cooking like Nonna used to make, look no further.

That Place in Coquitlam’s Maillardville offers some of the best, most authentic Italian dishes we’ve found so far, and that’s just speaking about the food.

The atmosphere of That Place also elevates a dining experience here, as the service is top-notch, the vibes are cozy and inviting, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable about the restaurant’s sizable menu.

The pasta dishes we tried were creamy and filling, but the garlic bread was the true standout, as it was perfectly toasted with just the right amount of garlic and butter.

We also tried the garlic cream prawns which came with a generous amount of creamy garlic pernod sauce—the perfect accompaniment to those warm bites of garlic bread.
