Passion8 Dessert Cafe is home to a stunning snow mountain menu

You’re going to be passionate about this spot after trying the desserts it has on offer. 

Coquitlam’s Passion8 Dessert Cafe contains a collection of scrumptious sweets and tasty treats that keep customers coming back for more.

What is probably the most eye (and camera) catching on the menu is the snow mountains; the shaved-ice dessert bowls that the Korean cafe piles on with a wide variety of fruit, syrups, and ice cream. 

We had the Strawberry Blossom Snow Mountain on our visit, and it was a feast unto itself with the inclusion of a cheesecake slice, a generous scoop of ice cream, and plenty of strawberries.

The menu doesn’t stop at shaved ice, however, as it also includes homemade macarons, coffee, (virgin) mojitos, and a few fun alternatives like Dalgona milk tea and Pink Panther Tea Latte.
