Milestones Coquitlam to re-open in fall

In a surprising turn of events, it looks like Milestones Coquitlam has not permanently closed their doors, and will re-open later this fall!

Over the past many months, there’s been much speculation the Milestones Coquitlam location would be closing down for good, with staff saying the restaurant’s lease was up for renewal with too high of a price.

Then we found out March 3 would be the restaurant’s last day open.

And on that same day, a FB Marketplace posting went up listing “Furniture & Kitchen Equipment” from the location.

“We regret to announce that Milestones in Coquitlam has permanently closed its doors,” the post said. “In light of this closure, we are selling all our furniture and kitchen equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for businesses or individuals looking for high-quality items to enhance their spaces or culinary endeavours.”

• High Tables

• Fridges

• And more

But wait.

On Milestones’ website, they say the Coquitlam location is “closed for renovations.”

Then one of our members contacted a Milestones customer care rep, who said:
