Scoop: La Foret Bakery & Cafe Coquitlam location revealed

On Tuesday, La Foret Bakery & Cafe announced they were expanding and opening a Coquitlam location. But no one knew where, except that it was opening on Austin Avenue.

Now we’ve got the details on where it’s going to be!

1135 Austin Avenue used to be home to Paul’s Auto Body, which closed in June 2022 after being in business for over 53 years. The lot, next to McDonald’s, has been vacant and fenced up since then.

Construction is underway, with a target completion of Spring 2024.

The location will be complete with a 5-metre tall tree in the entrance, massive doors to open onto a small patio, and tons of seating.
