Elmo Baking Co. will have you craving its creative croissants

Who knew this pastry could have so many variations and so much style? 

Elmo Baking Co. recently opened its doors in Port Moody, and to say the event was highly anticipated would be an understatement. 

And it’s no wonder, given just how gorgeous the baking company’s croissants are. We obviously had to grab a whole handful, and were amazed at the sheer variety there was to choose from.

The current menu features flavours such as pecan pie, cafe, almond vanilla, black sesame, pumpkin 2Xbaked, ube, pistachio sour cherry, hazelnut banana, and PB & J—and that’s just accounting for the twice-baked croissants. 

Other categories of goods on offer include cream-filled, Viennoiserie, cakes, and other goodies like cookies and macarons. 

According to Elmo Baking Co.’s website, the croissants are baked twice to incorporate a different level of texture, which is complemented by the fillings jammed into each treat. 

This place is truly living up to its motto of “Making people happy one pastry at a time.”
