Eat Tri-Cities Pasta Feature: Doppio Zero Pizza

Should be called Doppio Zero Pasta if you ask us

The name might say pizza, but our hearts (and, honestly, stomachs) are saying pasta.

Doppio Zero Pizza is the ideal spot for an Italian-themed date night. It has the aesthetic, vibe, and menu to impress, and the dishes definitely do not disappoint.

We had the gnocchi al gorgonzola (homemade potato gnocchi with pine nuts in a blue cheese cream sauce) and it exceeded expectations, both in flavour and in presentation.

The menu might be a little pricier than the other pasta spots that we’ve highlighted, but that’s the price you pay for some fine dining.

And, just like with Jimoco, the feelings of FOMO were real when we were checking out the pizza portion of the menu.

We may just head back here when researching for our eventual “best pizza spots in the Tri-Cities” article.

Doppio Zero Pizza can be found in Coquitlam at 103 - 1655 Como Lake Ave. from noon to 9pm Sunday through Thursday, and from noon to 10pm on Friday and Saturday.
