Cafe Feature: Cafe Delitzi

This hidden gem in Coquitlam is a must visit.

Cafe Delitzi stands apart from the other cafes around the community in three things: Its smoothies, its “freak shakes” and, most especially, its sandwich menu.

Offering everything from the usual cafe fare like avocado toast to some more exclusive-to-Delitzi items (cranberry turkey, Belgian waffle, vegan baguette-wich, to name just a few), Cafe Delitzi is perfect for a quick stop for a coffee refill or a proper sit down lunch.

We had the Belgian mocha alongside the tiramisu cake and we could not recommend it more – though we did feel some FOMO in not checking out one of the sandwiches on offer.

With a full window allowing in natural lighting, a wall filled with board games, and an aesthetic reminiscent of a speakeasy bar, we wouldn’t be surprised if you found yourself spending a few hours posted up at this spot.
