Cactus Club Cafe is on its way to Coquitlam Centre
It’s set to open in early 2023
Coquitlam’s second Cactus Club Cafe is well on its way to opening at the city’s busiest mall.
The Coquitlam Centre location is set to open in early 2023, reads a release from the restaurant, in a huge 10,000-squarefoot space capable of seating more than 335 guests.
The restaurant will feature an all-season enclosed patio, an exterior takeout window, an Andy Warhol print called “Committee 2000,” and the Cactus Club menu that has become a staple at the company’s 30 other locations.
While the opening won’t be for another few months, hiring has already begun, says Cactus Club regional chef Darrick LePage.
“We’re excited to be opening our second Coquitlam location in the new year,” he said in the release.
“A restaurant of this size creates approximately 250 full-time and part-time jobs across a variety of experience levels, and the best part of the process so far has been meeting and hiring prospective employees in the community.”
Those hoping to find a job at the Coquitlam Centre location can apply online here.
We’ll have more info about opening specifics as they become available, so keep an eye out in future newsletters!
