7 places for All You Can Eat in the Tri-Cities
Nothing like unlimited... well, anything!
There’s a certain magic to words “All You Can Eat”, no matter which subtle form they take: all-inclusive, buffet, bottomless, smorgasbord... we’re here for it all.
From unlimited Korean BBQ to fish and chips, here’s a list of our favourite all you can eat restaurants in the Tri-Cities for the most satisfying type of outing there is—one where you can sit, point at some tasty looking food options and eat, unfettered, to your heart’s content.
There’s nothing better than sitting around a boiling pot of soup on a cold day than, of course, soup with unlimited meats and veggies to dunk into it. Happy Lamb’s all-you-can-eat gives the choice of two broths and multiple varieties of meat, fish, tofu and veggies, allowing you to experiment and go off on your own tasting adventure. Be sure to take advantage of their sauce bar—there are so many different condiments to choose from!
Address: 25136 Lincoln Ave, Coquitlam
C-Lovers offers AYCE fish and chips all day, every day with the option of adding a pint of beer to the deal (a better drink pairing doesn’t exist, in our opinion). With over 35 years selling quality fish, C-Lovers has been a staple in Coquitlam and has expanded all over B.C. and Alberta with their classic “mom and pop” style meals and ambience.
Address: 2991 Lougheed Hwy #108, Coquitlam
You can load up your own bowl with as many grilled meats, veggies and noodles as you like at this Mongolian barbecue spot (price is per bowl, not per weight!) Their buffet-style lunch and dinner has a lot of great items to choose from, particularly in terms of veggies, making it a great spot to visit if you don’t eat meat. Their thick noodles, tossed with broccoli, peppers, zucchini and sesame seeds, look absolutely delectable.
Address: 2564 Shaughnessy St, Port Coquitlam
Servers constantly pass your table with different types of grilled meats at this Brazilian steakhouse—braised beef ribs, top sirloin and bacon wrapped chicken, to name a few—slicing off juicy morsels right before your eyes. Their salad bar, filled to the brim with hot and cold options to go with your meats, is also limitless.
Address: 2729 Barnet Hwy, Coquitlam
For quality Chinese-American fare (we’re talking sweet and sour chicken, chow mein and veggie spring rolls) Sky Dragon is your best bet. Think of classic, late night takeout but the AYCE version, giving you the chance to indulge in all of your favourites in one go.
Address: 1538 Prairie Ave, Port Coquitlam
The lunch buffet at Bombay Restaurant is a glorious thing to behold. Butter chicken, vegetable korma, lamb curry…why choose one when you can have them all? You can find plenty of both meat and meatless options here too (that includes vegan options!) for only $11.99 per person, making it a great spot to eat out if you’re on a budget.
Address: 2748 Lougheed Hwy, Port Coquitlam
Update: Haan Korean BBQ does not offer AYCE!
